Ravintsara is great for reducing pain and headaches. It is an immunostimulant and good for all respiratory concerns. Excellent for colds and flu, Ravintsara is decongesting, anti-inflammatory and helps to clear the sinuses. It is one of the best oils for the long term healing of chronic allergies. It is a soft, camphoraceous oil, and can be used often. Ravintsara is antiviral and is effectively used for shingles and herpes zoster. For shingles, add Melissa and Ravintsara to St. John’s Wort oil and apply liberally several times daily.
