Blood Sugar Control
We are not allowed to use the word diabetes. What the medical community wants you to think is a disease, is very simply an excess of eating sugar and fatty meats that has caused the pancreas to fail. You can choose to be on drugs and insulin and maintain the disease for your entire life, or fix it. Here is a quick history. This can be reversed in as little as 2 weeks with lifestyle changes and the right supplements.
Hippocrates did not write about diabetes. It did not exist. The first reference to what we call “diabetes” occurred by English Dr. Thomas Willis in 1674. This was when England began importing processed and refined sugar from overseas. Unfortunately Dr. Willis could not warn everyone about the damaging effects of this substance because King Charles was making way too much gold off the sugar trade.
Excess sugar consumption, part of the standard American diet, destroys the pancreas. It also robs the body of minerals, weakens the immune system, increases the risk for infections, increases cholesterol (sugar turns to fat) and is the main cause of cancer, heart disease and diabetes. In addition, excess meat consumption, fried foods, etc. causes excess fat to clog the system and blocks the ability of the body to properly process and utilize sugars.
Do diabetics take drugs and insulin and then recover from their illness to live a healthy life? NO. Are diabetics told to stop eating processed sugar? NO. In fact, diabetics are told, take these “wonder” drugs and eat whatever you want! Eat sugar if you’re tired, it will pick your energy levels up! Maintaining your disease with drugs and insulin DOES NOT STOP THE DISEASE PROCESS from the damage that sugar does to the body! You will still lose your feet, your eyesight, or get cancer or have a heart attack from the damage done by insulin and sugar.
It is time to finally wake up to the fact that much of what we call "food" in America is very dangerous.

How to balance healthy blood sugar levels for LIFE
Step 1
Eliminate ALL sugared beverages. If it is not plain water or herbal tea, be careful. We are the only silly animals on the planet who drink things besides water. This list would include, but not limited to: Sobe life water, vitamin water, Gatorade, ALL soda, energy drinks, including diet, anything carbonated, fruit juices, vegetable juices like V-8, Bolthouse Farms, Nantucket, etc.
Step 2
Eliminate all HIGH FRUCTOSE CORN SYRUP from your life, forever. This has been cleverly renamed. You must read labels. Here are hidden names for sugar you must watch out for; corn syrup, cane syrup, cane sugar, sucrose, maltose, dextrose, fructose, glucose, carbitol, lactose, evaporated cane juice, concentrated fruit juice and more. Look for food labels with whole food ingredients with nothing added.
Processed sugar is found in almost everything! You must learn to eat fresh non-packaged foods. The foods to avoid are: soda, candy, pastries, baked goods, yogurt, ice cream, cereal, ketchup and other condiments, salad dressings, etc. You MUST read labels
Step 3
Stop eating too much meat. If you are a big meat eater, cut it down to one meal per day, what fits in the palm of your hand. Ideally, eat meat every few days or as your body feels you need it. Also avoid anything fried and your hydrogenated, processed vegetable oils like canola. When you choose your meats, make sure they are HEALTHY animals, eating what that animals was designed to eat! Make sure they use no hormones or anibiotics. Buy organic if you can afford it or from a local farmer, even better
Step 4
You must eliminate all alcohol and all WHITE foods (pasta, rice and bread). FIBER is the key to healthy eating. So you must eat whole foods. You can make your own bread. You can buy Ezekiel or other whole grain, sprouted breads. You can eat WHOLE fruit. For the first month, avoid dates, bananas, raisins, dried fruits, figs. After one month, add back in all other fruit. Focus on eating lean, quality meats, high fiber fruits and vegetables and quality fats!
Step 5
Exercise. You do not exercise so that you burn calories. You exercise to boost metabolism so you actually burn sugars before they damage your arteries or turn into FAT! You MUST walk a minimum of 30 minutes per day. That is a bare minimum. I prefer one hour of walking daily, 10-15 minutes of rebounding on a Cellerciser, or other sport you enjoy DAILY like swimming, tennis, yoga or any other hundred different things. DO IT!
Step 6
Supplement intelligently. These are the keys; Essential Fatty Acids, Water and Minerals, Powdered Greens, Fiber. In addition, you may need a combination of blood sugar balancing herbs such as chromium, nopal cactus, aloe, cinnamon, etc. based on your individual needs. Finally, you may need something for your pancreas, liver, kidneys or other organs that may be weakened. This is best discovered through Nutrition Response Testing!
