Keys to Bone Health

You must drink adequate quality water every single day and minimize all other liquids (herbal teas ok)  Water is critical to get nutrients to your cells and to carry toxins away from your cells.  Bone is living tissue and must have water!  Water also cushions the joints.-  You want to avoid foods such as sugar, fast foods, artificial sweeteners, preservatives all grains, and refined white carbs.  You also want to eat as raw as possible, and limit meat consumption as well.  Please refer to my website for over 100 RECIPES! All of which are grain free, sugar free, dairy free to assist during your cleanse.  For optimal results, eat VERY clean when rebuilding bone.  It needs alkalizing foods, not acidic foods.  The acid from soda, dairy, meat, etc. is what causes the bone loss!   EAT CELERY, it rebuilds bone better than any other vegetable.  Eat 3-4 stalks every day!-  You must eat your fruits and vegetables!  Juicing is ideal!  Refer to my website for MANY recipes!-  You must exercise daily, even if it is a 30 minute walk.  Walking, rebounding (mini-trampoline), jogging, aerobics or sports are all highly recommended.  Not moving your joints when you have joint pain is a major mistake!  They must move to regain health and function!
