PARASITE CLEANSE

Gross!  I don’t have parasites.  You might not, I hope you don’t, but the odds aren’t in your favor.  So why not practice prevention?  Regardless, it doesn’t hurt to do a cleasnse!  It’s easy.  Colon cleansing is part of the process, so be prepared.  If you can stomach it, pay attention to your stools, because seeing is believing.  Better out than in, and if you see some critters, you want to stay focused on this for a while until it’s cleaned up.  Here is a simple, easy recommended parasite cleanse.  Do this for FOUR MONTHS STRICT.

Food:  Avoid sugar (all critters LOVE sugar, all types!), breads, white rice, dairy, fast food, pastas and other simple carbs.  Avoid over-eating meat and if you can, avoid meat because they loved cooked foods!  Try to eat as raw as possible for the next four months.  A great way to do this is juicing and blended drinks (like a Vitamix or Blendtec)  Focus on drinking lots of water and herbal teas, and no other acidic beverages.  There are over 100 Recipes on my website to help you with this!

Parasite Cleanse Instructions

1.  All herbal parasite products are to be taken once per day WITH A MEAL.  I suggest you vary and change the time each day, sometimes with breakfast, sometimes with lunch, sometimes with dinner.  But always take ALL supplements at the same time, in one dose, with that meal.

2.  All herbal parasite products are to be taken for ten days straight, then take a five day break.  Repeat this cycle of 10 days on, 5 days off for a minimum of 8 cycles!  This is CRITICAL.  Many people fail to do this and never fully eliminate the problem because parasites lay eggs.  Just because you feel better does NOT mean the problem is completely eliminated.  Be patient, and stick to the program!

3.  Colonics/enemas are not required, yet HIGHLY, HIGHLY recommended for the program.  Your colon must be clean and eliminating for the parasite cleanse to work.  Constipation is NOT an option, ever!  If you have constipation, do not even attempt to do this cleanse until fixed.  I recommend colonics/enemas as often as possible, even daily for the duration of the parasite cleanse, but at a minimum a few times per week.

4.  Please consider eating at least 80% raw at this time.  Parasites LOVE cooked food.  They LOVE sugar, starches, white bread, white flour, sweets, baked goods, yeast, etc.  Refer to my websites for over 100 recipes that are safe to eat during a parasite cleanse, just stay away from the dessert section!  The more you can juice and make blended drinks (vitamix or blendtec) the better!

5.  Eat LOTS of garlic, raw and daily!  Juice cucumbers and other greens daily.
