Suggested Use
For immediate support, 6-8 pumps in a little water, repeat every 5 minutes until desired effect is achieved (up to 4x/row). Repeat as needed. To move-thru persistent discomforts, 6-8 pumps every 1-3 hours for a day or two, then taper off to 3-*4 times per day.
