Suggested Use
Adults and children 12 years of age or over, take 1 capsule daily. When following cleanse instructions, persons 18 or more years of age, take as indicated below or as directed by a healthcare professional. Store at room temperature. Keep out of reach of children.
Initial Use
For those who have never taken black walnut hull before, pull open a capsule and take 1 pinch of powder with water for the first day. Second day, take 2 pinches. Third day, take 3 pinches and so forth. Day 5, take 1 whole capsule. Day 6, take the intensive dose below.
Intensive Use
Take 5 capsules all at once on an empty stomach, at least 13 minutes before a meal.
