For United States Orders (48 States):

When you place an order, your shipping will be free if your order is $49.00 or more. If your order is less than $49.00 your shipping will be a flat rate of $6.95. All free shipping orders will go by US Postal Service Ground Advantage. You can select Priority Mail, or Fedex/UPS as an option.  Priority Mail has a 2-3 day target for delivery, but is not guaranteed. If you need time guaranteed shipments like 2-Day or Overnight please use Fed-Ex/UPS. Orders must be received by 2:00PM CST time to be shipped that day. Orders received after 2:00PM CST will go out the following business day. We ship Monday though Friday. Orders placed after 2:00pm on Friday will be shipped on Monday. Sorry - No Refunds for expedited shipment fees that do not arrive on time due to the carrier.

For Orders Alaska & Hawaii: Shipping is charged base on the weight of the order. 

For Orders Outside of the United States:

Shipping cost will be determined based on the weight of the package at checkout. We ship to international countries by US Postal Service which will deliver to the postal service of your country for final delivery. It can take 14 to 21 days for some shipments to arrive. We cannot ship to some countries because of their import regulations. We currently ship only to Canada. In some cases additional duties and fees may be required upon delivery.

We want you to be 100% satisfied with your order. If for any reason you are not satisfied, just call us at 888-352-7789 and one of our customer service representatives will take care of you. 

 

Return Policy

Rely on Spirit of Health for a 100% Satisfaction Guarantee. You may return almost any item purchased from Spirit of Health for any reason within thirty (30) days of purchase, with a receipt or account record of sale. If there is no receipt or account record, a refund may not be given.

All Bulk Herbs in plastic clear or pre-sealed brown bags, and sale rack items are final sale.


For Cell Core and Quicksilver products, we recommend the oversight of a practitioner. Once purchased, they may be returned and refunded if unopened. Opened products may not be refunded.


For online orders, the product ship date is the date of purchase. You will receive a full refund for unopened items in the original form of payment and store credit for opened items. You may bring returns in person to our retail store, or you may mail the product and receipt to:

Shipping and handling charges are non-refundable. For returns via mail, you must carefully package the product, you are responsible for the cost of return shipping, and we must physically receive the return within the 30-day period.

Spirit of Health reserves the right, at its sole discretion, to reject any return that does not comply with these requirements.
