Suggested Use
Adults and children ages 12+ take two (2) capsules daily; Ages 6-11 take one (1) capsule daily. You can take two capsules every 3-4 hours as needed. Results are usually felt within minutes or hours and increase with continued use. Once desired results are obtained, try one (1) capsule twice daily for maintenance. It may be used indefinitely if desired or as needed for seasonal or temporary conditions.
