Suggested Use

The typical starting dose is three (3) to four (4) capsules twice daily with food. Once you see results, you can slowly wean down your daily dose. Most start with three (3) capsules twice a day with food and then maintain on a daily dose of two (2) to four (4) capsules once a day with food. The recommended maximum is eight (8) capsules a day.
