Cat's Claw Bark Cut
Cat's claw is a woody rainforest vine also cultivated in South and Central America. It is so named because the plant, which can reach up to 100 feet in height, has curved thorns that resemble a cat's claws.
The dried and cut bark is used to make teas and tinctures. In traditional systems of healing, the herb is used to counter a variety of inflammatory disorders. Today, several trademarked supplement products include extracts of cat’s claw.

Suggested Use
Pour 1 cup of boiling water over ½ to 1 teaspoonful of herb. Allow to steep 4-7 minutes, then strain. Drink 1- 2 cups of tea daily. If desired, add honey and/or lemon to taste.
