Suggested Use
Place one (1) strip inside your cheek or on your tongue, allow it to fully dissolve, then swallow. Do not chew the strip.
Use one strip 5 days per week. 2 days off. 8-12 week cycle is optimal* or use as your healthcare practitioner recommends.
