Suggested Use
Gently clear the nasal passages first by blowing your nose. Insert the nozzle in the nostril and spray 3-5 times in each nostril while breathing in through your nose. For best results, lie down for a few minutes after each use. Repeat 1-6 times daily or as often as needed. Clean the nozzle after each use.
