Minerals are naturally occurring compounds from the earth that are crucial to human health and assist many bodily functions. Genesis 2:7 says that “we are made of the dust of the earth” therefore, minerals have been a major building block for our bodies from the very beginning.

Suggested Use

Minerals can be used for both internal and/or external purposes. For internal use, it is advised to begin with small dosages of 1/4 teaspoon and increase in similar increments until the desired effect is achieved. For external use, minerals can be used in larger quantities. Most commonly, minerals are added to baths (a cup or more at a time) or added to a salve (one teaspoon to a tablespoon) to be used topically for skin conditions or injuries. It is important to research the benefits of individual minerals and use them accordingly.
