Chamomile is one of the most popular herbs in the world. This member of the daisy family is native to Europe, North Africa, and some parts of Asia but is cultivated elsewhere.
The dried flowers are used to brew a tea renowned for soothing frayed nerves or an upset stomach.
Chamomile has a mild flavor that blends well with citrusy, floral, or mint-flavored herbs.

These herbs are so named because they are medicine and should be respected as such. God gave herbs to be used as medicine, so it is important to use wisdom in taking them. Each medicinal herb usually targets a specific gland, organ, or body system. They are stronger, which is why it is recommended to use lower dosages for short periods of time.
Pour 1 cup of boiling water over ½ to 1 teaspoonful of whole herb. Drink 1- 2 cups of tea daily. If desired, add honey and/or lemon to taste
