Suggested Use

One day a week, combine the suggested dosages below for each product in a small cup (like a medicine cup) and take in the morning before food and at night before dinner of the same day. Continue this once-a-week frequency until all products are depleted.

If under 10 years of age: 1/2 dropper | 10 years of age or older: 1 FULL dropper

If under 10 years of age: 1/2 teaspoon | 10 years of age or older: 1 teaspoon
