Suggested Use
Combine the suggested dosages below for each product in a small cup (like a medicine cup) and take in the morning before food and at night before dinner. Follow the morning-and-night protocol for 5 days, then take a two-day break. Repeat. Do these 4 cycles, or approx. 1 month.

If under 10 years of age: 1/2 dropper | 10 years of age or older: 1 FULL dropper
Christopher's VF Syrup (4 fl oz)
If under 10 years of age: 1/2 teaspoon | 10 years of age or older: 1 teaspoon
Diatomaceous Earth - Food Grade Powder (2 oz)
If under 10 years of age: 1/4 teaspoon | 10 years of age or older: 1/2 teaspoon
