This formula includes marshmallow root, slippery elm bark, and plantain leaf to hydrate the lining of the digestive tract; mullein and chickweed promote the healthy flow of lymph; fennel and gentian help to stoke healthy digestive fire.

Suggested Use
Take two (2) capsules, three times a day.
To ensure longest freshness and potency, this product should be stored in a cool, dark location (out of direct light). This product does not need to be refrigerated. The date reflected on the bottom of the bottle is the standard “expiration” date. If stored properly, these products will last far beyond the recommended expiration date on the bottle.
