Suggested Use
Apply the cream to areas with thinner skin, such as the inner arms, back of the neck, chest, palms, or soles of the feet. Rotate application sites to optimize absorption. For best results, consult your healthcare provider to determine the appropriate dosage based on your specific needs.
The recommended application is 50 mg of progesterone, which is contained in 1 g (1/4 tsp - about the size of a dime) of the cream. There are 85 grams per bottle or 85 applications (75-85 pumps). One application is approximately one pump, although the amount pumped may vary.
For those with increased adrenaline, we recommend using the cream 1-3 minutes before meals. Do this up to four times a day. Once you achieve your desired results, you can reduce applications to 2-3 times a day.
If you have trouble sleeping at night, it is recommended that you eat a low-glycemic carbohydrate just before going to bed and apply the cream again just before eating your bedtime snack.
