This Culinary Beef Gelatin is a versatile cooking ingredient that is used in many thickening and gelling cooking applications from gelatin desserts to puddings to sauces. This grass-fed Beef Gelatin will dissolve in hot liquids, and it will thicken upon cooling. It is also nearly tasteless, colorless, and odorless.

Gelatin is the purified protein derived by the selective hydrolysis of collagen from the skin, connective tissue, and/or bones of animals. Great Lakes Wellness provides you with the highest type of pure, unflavored, edible gelatin. It is available in type A (porcine), or type B (bovine or bone). This consumer package represents a special grade of gelatin that meets the specifications set forth by the U.S. Pharmacopeia, regulated by the National Formulary. Suggested Use

Recommended daily dosage is two (2) level tablespoons before or during breakfast, and one before or during dinner. To help curb appetite, take before meals.

1 Tbsp = 1 envelope or 3 1/2 sheets. 1 Tbsp gels 1 pint of liquid.
