This is the first time working with Stevia powder. So I am still getting used to it. I have incorporated it in some baking and also every day use..teas, coffee,etc. I haven't quite figured it out it yet, has a much different flavor and composition in ratio to liquid stevia , or even sugar products. I am used to liquid and coconut sugar.the raw ground has an almost earthy sweet flavor to it ..like a "sweet grass" ..i do like it and will get it right soon ! I'm a pastry chef, and have been looking for that alternative sweetener ..I hope I have found it.
