Suggested Use

- Set up the TheraO3 Bubbler, Oral Applicator, and Hydration Bubble cup (safely away from the sink) - see the link to the video above on how to set up.
- Set on the 1st setting and Ozonate 8-10 oz of Filtered Water.
- Brush and floss your teeth.
- Rinse your Mouth with about 1 oz of the Ozonated Filtered Water.
- Swig and hold 1 oz of the Ozonated Filtered Water in your mouth.
- Take a deep breath and try to hold your breath while you take the Oral Applicator and gently run the applicator over the 1st quadrant (upper right side) of your mouth allowing the Bubbler to use the water in your mouth to irrigate your gums.
- Spit the cleansing water out and take a deep breath of Fresh Air (away from the Oral Applicator).
- Rinse and Repeat the remaining 3 quadrants of your mouth.
This process should take 5-7 minutes once you get a rhythm.
