Suggested Use

As a dietary supplement 

Take 1/4 to 1 teaspoon 3 times daily.

Gargle or Mouthwash – Place 2 teaspoons in a glass of warm water and use as a mouthwash. Swish and Swallow. 

Topical 
Apply to the area of concern at first sensation of discomfort or for 
chronic conditions such as warts or toenail fungus.
