Suggested Use
NB Pure's new and improved program starts with a 3-day pre-cleanse, using the Mag O7 Cleanse caps. Next, you add in the Daily Multi-Fiber Blend Powder & Organic Aloe Vera caps for the next 10 days, one hour before breakfast and lunch. Finally, 2-3 hours after your last meal of the day, take 3-5 capsules of Mag O7 with 8 ounces of water.
