100% cold-pressed extra virgin black nigella seed oil (Nigella sativa), black cumin (seed) oil

Instructions

Use one (1) or more teaspoons in the mouth as an oil pulling care system. Ideally swish around the mouth and through the teeth for at least 20 minutes, then spit out Power-Pull in a  receptacle. For optimal results use daily.
