By weight: 10-50 lbs - 1/2 tsp, 50-100 lbs - 1 tsp, 100-200 lbs - 1 Tablespoon, 200-300 lbs - 1.5 - 2 Tablespoons. Can take 1 to 3 times a day in water, juice or smoothie.
