Bone Health Tea
Herbs in this formula are high in minerals, specifically silica and calcium for strong bones. As a complete food, herbs are more effective than basic multi-vitamins or mineral formulas that isolate out individual nutrients. The comfrey in this formula has been traditionally nicknamed “bone-knit” throughout history for good reason. Your bones will be thanking you for giving them the care and support they need!
-Using all organic or wildcrafted herbs only
Comfrey Root, Dandelion Root, Horsetail, White Oak Bark, Alfalfa Leaf, Nettle Leaf
Use 2 tsp per 8 oz glass of tea. Bring water to a boil and add the tea. Boil the tea for 5-7 minutes then steep for an additional 7-10 minutes.
Add honey or stevia to sweeten.
Serving size 2 rounded tsp per 8 oz cup
