These herbs are most commonly known for their use in the kitchen, however, these herbs also have amazing medicinal properties. Culinary herbs, when quality sourced, are an abundant source of medicine that you can get in your diet on a daily basis.
Pour 1 cup of boiling water over ½ to 1 teaspoonful of herb. Allow too steep for 4-7 minutes, then strain. Drink 1- 2 cups of tea daily. If desired, add honey and/or lemon to taste.
