Sleep Support Tea (Formerly Sleep Tea)

These are strong herbs for sleep. A classification of herbs called nervines (nervous system and muscle relaxing), these herbs relax the body while also nourishing and strengthening the nervous system. This is a much safer approach to assist sleep than common prescription medications.


-All herbs are organic or wildcrafted 

Use 2 tsp per 8 oz glass of tea.  Bring water to a boil and add the tea.  Boil the tea for 5-7 minutes then steep for an additional 7-10 minutes.  

Add honey or stevia to sweeten. 

Serving size 2 rounded tsp per 8 oz cup
